Outlook Web Apps failure with SharePoint 2010

I have SharePoint Enterprise 2010 installed on a single server (Windows 2008 R2 Std SP1).  Active Directory services are on another server.  I'm trying to install Office 2010 Web Apps on the SharePoint server.  Install completes fine but I get an error when running the Configuration Wizard (attached screen shot).  Port 80 is being redirected to port443 in IIS.  Any ideas?

I would not make any changes to the port redirection at IIS till the whole server setup is complete by the wizard.

also it looks like this is more of a SQL server / SQL Access issue.

Go to Central Admin and make sure you have those applications listed under Application management.

I removed the redirection then rebooted the server and ran the configuration wizard again and it failed with the same error.  I verified I can connect to SharePoint on port 80.

When I review Application Management I can see Excel Services Application and Word Automation Services (both are started).  I also checked services and Excel Calculation Services, Word Viewing Service, and PowerPoint Service are there and started.

I'm working with the following instructions to install Web Apps:
