I have a citrix server. and when more than one user logs on it kicks the other user off

so even with the CALS installed and activated only one user can be on the server at a time.
why is that?

Check the properties of the published application. You may have it set so that only on instance of the application can run in the farm at any given time.

How many Citrix servers involved?

Is the Terminal Server license server also the Citrix license server?  Or is everything on one server?

I have time for a brief GoToMeeting if you want me to have a real quick look.

Ok so here is what happened. Carl cam in and saved me.
I had soe seetins that were off and he found out why the MMC console in citrix was crashing. Most of all he fund out why reliability service was not working.

1) check to make sure XTX service is running. If not restart it and if it fails read the event viewer. In this case the eventvwr was extremely convoluted but through caefull reading he found that one of the  files that was being called on to start the srvice had the wornfg path. If you take time to read the event vwr you should be able to find the error.

2) make sure that the website is using the reliability and also make sure that the citrix license service is working. That is very important.

After a few tweaks it was running.
