Adding Small Business Server 2011 to Domain

I want to add Microsoft Small Business Server 2011 to my domain. Currently, I have a small domain with two Windows Server 2003 DC's. Both of them have AD and the Global Catalog. One of them has Exchange 2007. I want to install SBS 2011 on another machine, make it my Exchange 2010 server, and then remove Exchange 2007.

I heard that if you have other domain controllers that you will have conflict with SBS 2011 and there might also be issues with Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010. What is the best way to do this?
