asked on
MS Exechange collective Outlook contacts upload
A customer has manually uploaded all thier contacts from Outlook (MS Exchange 2003) into Salsa a SAAS product to assist in marketing.
They are asking is there a way to push contact changes for the entire organization to a file or method that they can they then interface with their online application.
Question came up as they recognized Active Sync performs this function to their handhelds for contacts.
Alternate methodology to resolve issue greatly appreciated.
thanks

ASKER
not a solution
- we need to logon to all the mailboxes of a store\storage-group
- access the contacts folder
- creates the contacts folder
- if needed we have to correct\modify\update the details
-> repeat the above steps periodically?
Else
we can have a PST with all of the ORG wide contacts
we can show the details how to import the contacts from the PSTs to the main-corp mailbox.
