HI,
I have a grandstream GXP 2020 connected to my network.
Gets an IP ok and I can login to the admin for the phone fine.
when ever I dial out, it says not registered.
What am I doing wrong?
As far as I know Ive entered the correct info from the voip provider.

have updated all codes to PCMU
""Gets an IP ok and I can login to the admin for the phone fine.

Did you put the SIP account information in the phone correctly ?
It has to have the sip information (proxy, user, pass), and be configured to use the proper codec.

Provider is mynetfone.com.au
As far as i know sip info is correct. No asterisk server (used to usecasterisk and had same registration issue) we are now using a virtual pbx offered by mynetfone.com.au
Phone pluggdd straight into billion router.

First make sure you can resolve mynetfone.com.au to an ip address.
From command prompt type...
nslookup mynetfone.com.au
If so...
Verify that your phone is configured to use the proper dns server.
Next, make sure you don't have a firewall or router blocking.
Can you post some screenshots of the phone config page ?
3 likely possibilities....
Something is either preventing the phones registration from escaping your network, the phone is not properly configured to know how to get to the host to register, or the registration info is incorrect.
I assume this is also behind a NAT router....did the provider issue you "STUN" server to use ?
