Can you put the "white screen" you are receiving when accesing to the url?

it states like the 'page cannot be found' , like normally a webpage does not valid and etc

I supose that login.aspx is in your root directory inside the app.

What message do you receive when accessing directly to the app directory?
http://192.168.1.222/sbitidash/

Have you defined a default page?

For some reason the app direction is not being resolved.

Put an html file on app root with <html><body>Hello World</body></html> and try to access directly to it
http://192.168.1.222/sbitidash/helloworld.html

If the file isn't reached rebuild the app completely from scratch. Quit it from IIS and link it again, ensuring you select the correct directory when creating the app.

Do you have your app files inside inetpub/wwwroot?

the helloworld.html actually works

for asp.net website, i create a virtual directory under 'Default WebSites' in IIS , and did create as an application (eg. like IIS7 convert to application option),

wondering whats going on with the aspnet app.

Is very strange... if it was some type of configuration problem with the app it should be returning you a .NET error, not a page not found one...

The page you are accesing is in the root of the app directory?

by having assistance from other source,

setting that the mapping, .net version on websites, aspnet_regiis /i , on 4.0 ,
and commented out the compilation tag in web.config,

the page has come out
