SUMPRODUCT Formula/ Count

Hi,

I have the following sumproduct formula which does its job and is working fine.

The formula result is a sum of the numbers Col C relating to Asset Services which are under 30days i Col K . I would like to change that so it COUNTS the entries that match the condition "Asset Services" (Col C) and <30 (Col K)

Thanks
Seamus
