Yes I want to  know whether the db in sql server is a distributor or publisher but in T-SQL, I have search system stored procedure but I haven't found.

Your original question had to do with the server and this is how you do it:
    SELECT name, is_publisher, is_distributor, is_subscriber
    FROM sys.servers

In order to know if a particular database is a Publisher, Distributor or Subscriber you can use:
    SELECT name, is_published, is_distributor, is_subscribed, is_merge_published
    FROM sys.databases
