<DIV> layers priority

I have an issue with a calendar pop up. Underneath there is a different DIV/LAYER and when the calendar pops up unfortunately gets behind the other DIV. Here's a screenshot.
Any suggestion?

    set the z-index property of your calender's div to something higher than the other divs e.g. style="z-index:100;"
