When closing a modified PDF document I get the 'Save as' window

My clients are starting to use rights enabled Pdf documents instead of Word documents.
They view a document on the screen (using system's default viewer)  modify it, and without saving it first they close the Window. They are asked then if they want to save the modified document. With Word they were used to push yes button and the document then was saved and the viewer closed. But when they open a pdf document I get a 'Save As' window.
I've found out that if I double click on a PDF, modify it and close it, the behaviour is as expected (document saved and viewer closed). Instead, if I open the same pdf doing Start -> Execute, when closing I get the Save As window.
Does anyone know how can I avoid the save as window when I close the viewer with a modified pdf?

Hi khkremer, thank you for answering.
I use Adobe Reader 9 with Win XP SP3.
After some try and error I've found that it doesn´t happen when the document to be modified is located in a directory without spaces in the path. I mean, if I open and modify the document c:\temp\doc1.pdf, when I close it, it is saved without asking. Instead, when I try the same with c:\Temp 2\doc1.pdf, I get the 'Save as' window.
Knowing this I can avoid the problem easily.
Thank you for your interest.
