How to disable USB/CD ROM using active directory group policy

I need to disable the USB and CD/DVD ROM for users using group policy for windows 2003 domain.

use devise manager and disable ur universal serial bus controller bus controller and  dvd drive

open control panel >> device manager  >>
chose and disable
