VB.net Ajax Upload Script

There is an AsyncFileUpload control in AJAX Toolkit

It is not working for me, can I have it in VB.net ?

It is not working for me, what I need is an upload control for more than 100MB files, I need to attach it to my asp.net form.
I prefer it vb.net

It helps if you provide full requirements at start. No upload control will be able to "Work" for you because the request will time out unless you set the request size.

Let me explain the problem, I have an asp.net page that conatins the basic upload file, but when I try to upload a 100 MB it loads for 5 miin or so and then stops even thought the executionTimeout is to max and the filesize also.
I need a way to upload this kind of files, or maybe if there is a good upload control.
