Script to move mailboxes from Exchange Server 2007 to Exchange 2010

Hi Team,

We are planning for mailbox movement between Ex 2007 and Ex 2010 servers.
I am looking for information , best practices, precatuions, suggestions for this movement.
Also a script handy for this task.

Any help will be appreciated.

If it is within the same domain, you just select the mailboxes from the EMC and move it. Or use shell cmdlets.

If you have a batch of users, you can use Powershell and pipe the names into it.
