Dual boot
You can download a linux system and install it on your machine.
I installed a fedora on my laptop a couple months ago. Please see the steps.

Thanks.

I want to learn Unix commands and then work on oracle PL/SQL.  I dont have much knowledge about which Unix OS to look for. Plz Guide me which OS should i install.
The problem  is my machine has Windows xp AND i don't want to format it. I understand it will be difficult to do without Formatting the disk.

If you dont want to format your Windows XP then I would suggest you to have install Oracle's virtual box and then install Fedora or ubuntu, with these you will not face any issue of drivers.
