i just increased the the message size limit in hub transport , in my receive connectors(EXCHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSOLE)<br />

from 10mb to 16 mb for my clients to send some haevy e-mail attachment<br />
<br />
i need to stop and start smtp service.<br />

i don't find under services. as it was earlier in window server 2003<br />

how do i do it.
