hi all,

I've just create a new lab with windows 2003 as PDC, Exchange 2007 SP1 on Windows SErver 2008 R2 and Outlook 2010 as client on Seven Enterprise.

When outlook is trying to create automaticly the mail profile I receive an error message : unknow error occurs : 0x80070057.
This happen when outlook is looking server settings.

When I manually set the profile, I do not have the error.

Many thanks

    If the server is " Exchange 2007 SP1 on Windows SErver 2008 R2 "
    > is the issue happening for all the mailbox\users and desktops? or only for few?

    > is the issue different when the client machines are domain-joined and non-domain-joined

You could also check "Test email autoconfiguration" from the affected client machine.

    If this fails
    > you may need to remove the Iexplore proxy
    > might need to do some changes @ the host-files\dns
