Synchronizing Production Database with a Test Database on SQL Server

Please, can you provide me the steps on how to Synchronize my Production databases with my Test databases in (Test Environment).

If there is script that can help and schedule as job, would be ok as well.

Yes, you can do this by using scripts too.

i would suggest you to go with replication.
If you have any constraints, you can go with scripts. But for that you have to make a lot of changes to your table as well.

Now the logic to synchronise table:
1)You have add lastupdate col to each and every table in your database.
2) Create a table to store table synchronising details.
3) Create sp for snchronizing
4) Use SQL jobs and schedule it.

Yes, Automatic synchronization using SQL Job or (SSIS + SQL Job) would be the best.
