How to add service reference to an application when the service does not have an svc file

I am trying to create a client application for a service self hosted using console application. The service is composed of one name space (with the service. operation contracts defined correctly), web.config file with the service model section, but no svc file is created (as I am not going to host it in IIS)

The console hosting application starts the service host correctly, when run.
Now, how to reference the service in the client application to create a proxy, in other words, what to type in the service path before clicking GO to retreive the contract?? REMEMBER there is no svc file, and no asmx file to point the path to????

Thanks for your help

You can just give the base address without the svc file
