We have a laptop that will not boot if the battery is in place. <br />

The Fujitsu splash screen, saying to Press F2 for setup or F12 for boot menu, however, it does not get any further than that. This happens if the battery is in place and the mains is connect.<br />

I have tried putting in the battery after it has been switched on to see if it is a 'charge' issue - but that does not seem to work. Do you think that a battery replacement would solve the issue? &nbsp;
