Fujitsu Esprimo V6515 Laptop - Will not boot if battery is in place
Hello,
We have a laptop that will not boot if the battery is in place.
If the battery is in place with no mains power connect, the laptop will not even respond to the power button.
The Fujitsu splash screen, saying to Press F2 for setup or F12 for boot menu, however, it does not get any further than that. This happens if the battery is in place and the mains is connect.
If I remove the battery and have it running on mains only, the laptop runs fine.
I have tried putting in the battery after it has been switched on to see if it is a 'charge' issue - but that does not seem to work. Do you think that a battery replacement would solve the issue?

Hello,
That worked a treat.
Thank you.
That worked a treat.
Thank you.
also you may need to take a look at bios settings as well as try to see if windows is ok.
Also the motherboard could be at fault as well.
