What CRM does your IT company use?

We have tried numerous products for Client Management (CRM) but the thing that concerns me the most is having a secure method of storing and accessing sensitive information about our clients including network information such as server names, IP address, credentials, etc. Ideally the information could be accessed via a web interface (SSL) and also from mobile devices. Most CRMs have these abilities today but they don't offer a good spreadsheet type interface that would be required for entering in network information. Can anyone shed some light as to what your IT company uses to store and access this information?

We use CommitCRM 5.5 in our shop. Most of our techs just use terminal services to access it if they're remote. Seems to work well, but the software is kinda clunky.
