Using Spiceworks 5.x. When we run reports, often times duplicate data is shown, or old versions of software shows.

Example - Devices / Software Installed / Some show their current version of Office as well as a old version they had at some point, but don't now.

Any ideas?

We have the same sort of issue.  I run the duplicate device report (available for download at and manually delete the duplicates periodically.

Alternatively, contact Spiceworks support at support@spice They are surprisingly responsive.
