Dont they have a red x ?
Open the ESM>Browse to the server>Storage Group>Mailbox Database>Mailbox
Right hand side you will find the orphaned mailboxes. Again it depends how long you are retaining them in your env.

Hi Bill Bondo
I am under First Stoage Group > Mailbox Store > Mailboxes
There are no mailboxes with a red ex displayed on the right , does that mean none of my mailboxes are orphaned?

It takes time to show the deleted mailbox. if you have deleted recently, check it after a day
