Solution was to install a level higher certificate and then install certificate.

I have two users out of 40, that when they open up Outlook 2007, they receive the following message: <br />

The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust. View the certifcate to determine whether you want to trust the certifying authority<br />

I have viewed certificate, it points back to server, I have installed in Trusted Root Certiification AUthorities<br />

Nothing happens, still same error.<br />
So, I reissued a new certificate, went on these 2 computers, went and deleted all certificates, installed new certificate<br />
