Exchange advice

I have a very unusual question. I decided to take an Exchange exam since It is one of my job duties here. I managed to pass the 70 236 exam without a problem. In the process of studying for the exam I managed to setup a lab which helped a great deal. I guess what I am asking and looking for now is different things, projects or tasks that an everday exchange admin does. I realize it could be a huge list but that is great. The more the better.

Also, is there any other boards besides this site where I could see what kind of questions and problems other exchange admins have. I realize that with a google search it will bring up a lot of things. However, as we know blogs can also be incorrect.
