Old route keeps re-appearing on Windows 2003 server

We are in the process of switching our ISPs.  The new ISP has a different IP address as the default gateway.  I have changed the default gateways on the servers and the DHCP for the workstations.  All of the systems seem fine except for one Windows 2003 Server.  This one server keeps re-acquiring the old default gateway.  What could be causing this and how do I permantly remove this bad route?

Worked like a charm.
np also just make sure that you set the lease time on the DHCP server to 7 days   bigger/smaller which ever you feel safe with...
