How to remove remnants of software that doesn't show up in programs?

I am trying to install office 2010 and it saying that it cannot install until I remove the Pre-Release version of office 2010 which I had uninstalled over a year ago.  i tried ccleaner, iobit uninstaller, etc. to scan for and remove any possible office pieces but am still getting this error msg.

Know of any better uninstallers? Other tricks or ideas appreciated!
