How do I set static IP's for Mobile VPN users over IPSec using Watchguard equipment?

I am trying to find a way to set static ips for mobile users so that when if they get disconnected that the softphone will reconnect.  We are currently using Watchguard firewalls.  Currently, the client will receive a new IP each time it connnects and the softphone will not allow any other connection to it except from that IP and that MAC address.

I have no watchguard experience but the general answer is to use Mac based dhcp reservation. So the device is set to dhcp but the router always hands out the same ip based on Mac.
I would to give remote MUVPN users same IP everytime they log in would be tough but not impossible.

Usually when adding MUVPN users we add a group and specify IP pool; here if you add single user instead of group and then specify virtual IP pool as a single IP then this specific user would always get the IP specified.

Supposing you have 100+ users then this would be a tedious activity.

Thank you.
I agree with dpk_wai. Mostly impossible to set "static" addresses with MUVPN.

Can't you do something on the softphone config instead?
