hi, We have recently upgraded our system to AVG IS 2011 from AVG IS v9.
we run exchange 2007 on server 2008, with outlook 2007

some of the users have started gettting lots of conflicts in the sync issues folder.
I'm wondering if there is some thing new in 2011 IS that maybe stopping it from syncing properly.

any ideas

Probably yes. Have you done much troubleshooting? Has anyone fixed the issue on their individual computer?

The way I would go about this is to troubleshoot the problem on one person's computer having the issue. (Specifically looking at AVG's firewall settings and port openings). Once you've fixed it, try it on the other computers.

hope this helps,
