Internal DNS Issue

My company is running a small network with a single AD domain "" Our website is hosted outside of our network via third party host. When the computers inside our "" network tries to access via their browser, they are sent to an IIS page. Our server is running IIS for other purposes but not for our website. Am i supposed to add a specific record inside my DNS?

    You may want to add an A record for your webserver to your internal DNS, such as and assign the external IP to it. You can't change the ip for '' itself internally.
