New Local Move Request Failed (exchange2010)

Hi All

Currently doing a swing migration and while trying to do a New Local Move Request the process fails and i get the folowing error

Error:

Source user 'username' doesnt have a primary mailbox.

Any suggestions? Thanks in Advance

Does the username in question has the mailbox in exchange 2003?

hi shreedhar

I may have left out a bit of information , i am beginning to get frustrated because the guide i am using left out key details. In a nut shell i am trying to transfer all the mailboxes from a 2003 server to the new 2010 server.
