How do i migrate mailboxes from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010.

    All depends on your other servers and how they were installed. Different options and migratoin scenarios exist based on that information. WE don't know the source server, destination server, AD, whether it is SBS (although you posted in an SBS zone) so you've really not filled in enough blanks to answer adequately.
