If a Client looses the connection to the Citrix-Farm there are other problems (Network).<br />

Try to play with this settings: Right Click in <b> Access Management Console</b> on your FARM Name or one of your Servers -&gt; Properties -&gt; Search for ICA in the list and try to change the timeouts, reconnection settings there.<br />
<br />
The options deal with disconnected clients in case of a networktimeout for example ! <br />
