Internet Explorer Locks up In Citrix Access Essentials 2.0

We just replaced our citrix server with a new server. The new server is running the same version of access essentails as the old server. For some reason when users at our remote location attempt to browse the internet through IE 7 on the citrix server, their session comes to a crawl - usually even locks up their session where they have to open a new session. This only happens for three users at a remote location. These users connect to the citrix server via thinclients over a point to point vpn. All users at the main location (where the citrix server exists) don't have this problem.

Normally I'd blame this on the network or vpn at the remote location - however this wasn't a problem when they were on the old citrix server. This only occurs when they connect to the new server. It only appears to be IE  that locks up the citrix session. Are we missing some kind of update or hotfix that fixes some sort of issue with IE running in citrix? We already have PSE450W2K3R02 hotfix installed on the new server. The old server had this rollup as well and also a few PSE400 updates but i believe PSE450 supersedes those anyway.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just some additional info - both the new and old server are very similar - same OS (windows 2003), same version of Access Essentils, same version of IE, etc.

Check Group Policy. You might have the option to Delete Temporary internet files upon logoff under GPO

Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Internet Control Panel\Advanced Page

However if you enabled Internet Preference Mode in GPO as shown belowCHeck in there to see if you are redirecting EVERYONE's temporary internet files to one location and if you are the only way to get yourself back up and working is to log everyone out and DELETE that temporary internet files when no one is logged. Then change your policies so temporary internet files are not redirected to one location.
