Redundant Exchange server

Hi

I have taken over a SBS 2008 server which was installed from an incomplete migration.

I am trying to remove the old server references from exchange 2007 as they come up in the exBPA as the 2003 exchange server being there still.

Can anyone point me in the direction to manually remove this server.

Thankyou
