Open the IIS snap-in from administrative tools on the start menu. From there, expand tge sites folder and start (or restart) the "SBS web apps" site. Chances are an update or 3rd-party app stopped it so it is no longer servicing requests.

That REALLY sounds like the site is not running. Refresh and make sure the site stayed running after you started it. Also check the event logs for IIS errors or service errors.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
