System recovery for Dell inspiron 1440

I am trying to do a Factory System recovery for Dell inspiron 1440 Running Windows 7 but I don’t know how to get into the recovery partition, is there a way to do this.

    Usually a boot option. Press f12 or whatever to get to the boot choices menu.
