forum and poll for a website

I need a poll/survey and a forum to integrate with my website in php.The end user language should be the Dutch and administration can be in english.Can any one help me on this?

This forum plugin is translated to Dutch

Here's a couple plugins for polls

You might have to do your own translation on those though, I'm not sure if they are translated to dutch yet, or even set up for localization.  Here are some tips for localizing a plugin yourself
