Restoring SQL 2005 database

Hello, I would like to know what I have to do to have the following procedure work correctly.
I have two different sql 2005 servers, I would like to copy the backup from the nightly backup on one server and restore it into a database on another sql 2005 server. I created a job schedule under sql server agent with the necessary syntax scripts. Do I need to do or assign any account or user  on any of these servers. If  I have to do additional things can you please tell me how, where or what to do.
Thanks

Please make sure. Where you have created SQL job? give folder permission to where creating file, permission to create backup and restore to another server to the user of the Hosted SQL Server SQL agent user.
