Custom Basic HTTP Authentication with REST, WCF and IIS; everything over SSL

Hello there,
I'm using .NET 4.0; Oracle and writing WCF services with REST. I want to use Custom Basic HTTP Authentication (using database for authentication) on IIS. Could someone please help me or show me the right or standard way. And I want to use SSL with NO certificates.

    It seems like it is using .NET 3.5, I want to use .NET 4.....where we don't have to use WCFRestkit. in .NET 4, we will use WebHTTP.
