Running a single Outlook 2010 OST file

Hi - I'm using Outlook 2010 and have 6 separate POP accounts setup to collect messages from various different account - these all come into my INBOX and get stored in a single OST file. I am now working with a new client that uses an Exchange 2010 server which I connect to remotely using an HTTPS 'Outlook Anywhere' connection. That works - but I'm seeing a second INBOX / SENT ITEMS / DRAFT for this recently added account into which messages for this account are being deposited. How do I configure this account to store it's data in my main OST file and hence (hopefully) merge all INBOX / SENT ITEMS. Thanks Ed.

you only get PST if you use POP only. so the first statement it is PST (local PC only)
when you have exchange 2010, it will create a OST. (local PC cache, and server copy)

you can redirect them to your default pst by going to control panel, mail settings.

in data files TAB, you will see your Exchange 2010 OST, and your main PST.
currently, your Exchange 2010 OST is in default. Switch them to your pst will fix your issues :)

i am not sure whether you can hide the default exchange 2010 inbox.
Besides, the email will not deliver unless your Outlook application is running.
