Hi - I'm using Outlook 2010 and have 6 separate POP accounts setup to collect messages from various different account - these all come into my INBOX and get stored in a single OST file. I am now working with a new client that uses an Exchange 2010 server which I connect to remotely using an HTTPS 'Outlook Anywhere' connection. That works - but I'm seeing a second INBOX / SENT ITEMS / DRAFT for this recently added account into which messages for this account are being deposited. How do I configure this account to store it's data in my main OST file and hence (hopefully) merge all INBOX / SENT ITEMS. Thanks Ed.
