Just made this change as suggested on Microsoft:

Open Active Directory Users and Computers.

2. On the menu at the top of the console, click View > Advanced Features.
3. Locate and right-click the mailbox account in the console, and then click Properties.
4. Click the Security tab.
5. Click Advanced.
6. Make sure that the check box for "Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent" is selected.

Now when I run test i get:

ExRCA is testing Exchange ActiveSync.
  Exchange ActiveSync was tested successfully.
   Test Steps

But same issue on iPhone

Oh my god, that was it, for the server address it needed to be: webmail.trudeaucenter.org/microsoft-server-activesync

and not webmail.trudeaucenter.org/owa

Awesome, thanks for the quick help, something I completely overlooked!!!
