IE Security warning

My OS is windows 7 and I use IE9 (I think).  Everytime I move from a site to another, I get a IE Security warning, what settings do I have to change to get rid of this.  thank u.

Tools -> Internet Options - then Security tab.
Check that “Internet” zone is selected; then click the “Custom Level” button.
Scroll-down and set the “Display mixed content” “Enable” instead of "Prompt".

Please try the steps mentioned below and check if it helps:
a)     Open Internet Explorer
b)     Select theTools option and click on Internet Options.
c)      Select the last tabAdvanced and set all the settings to default including the security settings by selecting the option buttonReset.
d)     Click on Ok and restart the Internet Explorer.
You can also try the following method and check if it solves the issue:
a)     Open Internet Explorer
b)     Select theTools option and click on Internet Options.
c)      In the Security Tab select the Trusted sites Zone and click on Custom level
d)     Scroll down and enable the option Display mixed contents
e)     Also enable the optiondon’t prompt for client certificate selection when no certificates.
f)      Click on Ok and restart the Internet Explorer.
