Find email in all Exchange 2003

How can I find where is locate one email in all my Exchange 2003 infrastructure.

Recently my client received an email (I see the delivery in the message tracking Center). But he said never received it on is mailbox. I look every where, even in recover the deleted item option in outlook.

Is there a way to search in Exchange to find the location of this email?

Have you tried Advanced Find (shift + CTRL + f ) on the whole mailbox?

Exmerge is also capable of recovering items from the dumpster (recoverable deleted items) - so that maybe worth a shot too
