Opening database to blank form

How can I get my database to open  everytime to a blank form.

    create a blank form if don't have any yet.
    Office button > access options > current database

    select the name of the blank form the dropdown Display form

    You may also need to set the "Data Entry" property of the form to Yes...

    when i open my database I wat it to come directly to my crm tracking form.  i can I do that?

    select the name of crm tracking form from the dropdown display form
