Word document with scewed font when scrolling down document.

I have a Microsoft Word 2007 document that when I attempt to scroll down it the fonts become skewed.  The font seems to be correct when the document is printed but stays messed up whenever I send it to someone else or when I attempt to re-open it.  Do you know a possible fix for this issue?   I've attached an example of how it appears. Can I ask how you are saving the documents, eg. native Word 2007 *.docx or Word 97-2003 *.doc?

FWIW

I had a similar issue in Access with the property box:

The fix was to remove the "Generic" video card and install a name brand video card.

Perhaps this is in an environment where all users have the same generic hardware?

It created in Word 2007 and is saved as a .docx file.

Just out of curiosity, do a File > Save As and choose "Word 97-2003 *.doc", then see if the issue disappears.
