XenServer 5.6 Sp1

I'm looking to installed XenServer 5.6 SP1 on a still server with 2TB of local storage. I plan on having 7+ VM and 8 physical nics. THe main Xenserver will have 128GB of RAm. I was going to use the Free edition of XenServer but is there any benefit of me upgrade to Advanced Edition due to the higher memory the xenserver has? Also does the free edition have a limit on the number of host or VM you can manage?

Free version works unless you need specific high availabilty and anagement options of the paid versions.  512GB RAM, 16 NICs, unlimited hosts, unlimited VMs - all in the free version.

You mean Feature Pack 1, not Service pack 1.

is there any benefit of me upgrade to Advanced Edition due to the higher memory the xenserver has? NO

Also does the free edition have a limit on the number of host or VM you can manage? No and No
