Mac Outlook 2011 and Importing Tasks from Windows Outlook 2010

I just imported a pst from Windows to the Mac with no issues except for tasks.  Thought it was a bad import so I exported just the tasks folder in Winodws and imported into the Mac..still no luck.  I am trying a .pst..I am sure I can import using a csv..is this an issue? The pst file shows up but when I click on it, no tasks appear.  Leo

You shoudl be able to export jsut your tasks, so at least that will go faster.  Then you should be able to just import that pst directly from Mac Office Outlook diretly as a pst.

As for importing from other formats like CSV, I had done this for a few people and I found the conversion to be a little off, like my notes were somwhere else, or my categories got all mixed up.

I don't know why they are not showing up..they are all past due tasks so could that be the reason?  I did try a csv export, but Office 2011 for the Mac cannot import that??  Leo
