How do I stop the Desktop Search Pop-up in Outlook 2007

I have a Citrix Farm running presentation server 4.0. We have installed Outlook 2007 and everytime users open outlook 2007 they get the pop-up stating that Search is not installed. Does anyone know of a registry setting or configuration that can be used to prevent this from happening?
