Lately some users have complained about duplicate reminders in Outlook for recurring meetings. The reminder pops up for the meeting and there are two entries in the window, exactly the same. I have one in my Calendar that does the same thing. A meeting the occurs every week. I get a popup reminder in Outlook and the windows has two entries I have to Dismiss or Snooze. Its like two meetings at the same time. Personally, I think its related to the mobile devices and Outlook 2010 but I am not sure. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and if so, how do we fix it. I did some searching but could not find anything directly related to this problem and at least a solution or fix. I am running Outlook 2010, version 14.0.518.5000. Our Exchange is 2010 SP1 Update Rollup 2.
