Hi.  Looking at Ebay, I'm seeing a couple of T1 testers out there.  One is a HP/Agilent 37711A T1/Datacom Test Set OPT001,002,004 and the other a CTC PHOENIX 5575A T1 MICRO BERT TEST SET W/5564 CH MON
I was wondering which of these would be the better unit to purchase.
